Welcome to the Sheerélynn website, owned by Madison Lane Legwear LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of this website (the “Site”) constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use the Site if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions in full.
We may, at our discretion, update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Merchandise & Purchases
We strive to provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or update details at any time, even after an order is submitted. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing or description.
To purchase through our Site, you must provide valid payment details. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for your order. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States and Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier availability. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been processed, and a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Once a package is marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, our responsibility for the package ends. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Standard Returns: You may return unworn, undamaged, unwashed products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Forte Collection Returns: Items purchased from our Sheerélynn Forte line may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under U.S. or Canadian consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and trademarks, are the property of Madison Lane Legwear LLC or its licensors.
