Refund policy

Return:

We accept returns on unworn, undamaged, unwashed tights within 30 days of purchase. For Sheerélynn Forte line, we offer Fortified Guarantee: If your tights experience unintentional damage within 60 days of delivery, we’ll replace them—no questions asked.

Items must be in original packaging with tags intact.

Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. When you receive funds on account depends on the financial institutions you work with.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
